Privacy Policy

Palm Beach Websites ("we", "us") is operated by Zachary Vorsteg in West Palm Beach, Florida, and provides website design, hosting and maintenance for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or email or call us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, business name, and details about your website needs.

PBW Workspace app. Invited users can view and update their business workspace. The service processes member names and contact details, lead inquiries and contact details, assignments, follow-up dates, notes, manually logged outreach, and account activity to provide that workspace. It stores hashed invitation and session credentials. If a user enables new-inquiry notifications, it stores the device push token and sends a generic alert through Apple Push Notification service; the alert does not contain lead details. The app keeps a protected local copy of previously loaded workspace data for offline reading. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

Website engagement tracking

Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (with a geo-aware consent strip) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless). For visitors in the United States outside California, analytics may run by default with a notice and opt-out. Visitors in the EU/EEA/UK and California get an opt-in choice. Browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals are treated as an opt-out. No analytics data is sold.

Optional website analytics

In addition, if you choose “Allow analytics,” we load Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages. Google receives basic device and browser information, your IP address during transmission, a cookie identifier, and the public page address. Our integration sends the public page address without query strings or fragments. It can record only reviewed platform labels from source/medium campaign parameters and the origin of recognized search, social and AI referrers, without referrer paths or queries. Other campaign values are omitted. Phone and email link clicks are recorded only as contact methods, without phone numbers or email addresses. A confirmed form acceptance can also be counted, without its receipt ID or inquiry contents. It does not send inquiry form contents. This Analytics integration does not enable advertising, Google Signals, or user-provided data collection.

No Google Analytics script loads before your choice. Choose “Reject analytics” to keep it off, or use “Analytics choices” on a tracked page to withdraw consent. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies also expire after 180 days. Withdrawing consent clears this integration’s Analytics cookies and reloads the page.

Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-data retention period resets when new activity occurs. These server-side settings are separate from the 180-day browser cookie and consent-choice lifetime. Granular location and device data collection is enabled in Google Analytics; this can provide more detailed location and device information than the basic browser information described above.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and provide a free assessment or quote. To deliver, host and maintain the services you buy. To measure and improve our advertising. We may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry; reply STOP to any text or "unsubscribe" to any email to opt out.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting (Netlify), email delivery, telephone and messaging providers (Twilio), and advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for measurement. Each is bound to use your data only to provide its service.

PBW Workspace service requests are processed by our cloud hosting provider. Optional push tokens are shared with Apple to deliver notifications. The app does not send workspace lead details to advertising platforms for measurement.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time through the contact form at palmbeachwebsites.com or by calling (561) 718-6725. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Meta Ad Preferences and Google Ad Settings, or block cookies in your browser.

PBW Workspace members can request account deletion from Workspace settings. Deleting a member account revokes its sessions and removes its membership; shared business leads and activity remain available to other members, with the deleted member's author identifier removed. If the last active member confirms deletion of the whole workspace, its records are removed from the active service. Contact us for questions about records, access, or deletion.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete them. Data is stored with providers that use encryption in transit and at rest.
